Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Foamrs, we are committed to delivering the ultimate cordless detailing experience straight to your door. To ensure you receive the highest quality FoamJet Pro kit, we ship our products directly from our manufacturing partners.

Please review our shipping timelines below so you know exactly when to expect your gear.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and sent to our manufacturer within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. During this time, your kit is assembled, the dual 24V lithium batteries are quality-tested, and your package is securely prepped for transit. You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt as soon as your order is placed.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Due to high demand and manufacturer lead times required to safely transport high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, our standard delivery timeframe is:

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 1 to 2 Weeks (7 to 14 Business Days)

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in business days. Occasional customs delays in the UK can happen, but we work hard to keep everything moving swiftly.

3. Order Tracking

The moment your FoamJet Pro leaves the warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

  • Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.

  • You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your email.

4. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you made a mistake, contact our support team immediately, and we will do our best to update it before the manufacturer ships the order.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If it has been more than 3 business days since the "delivered" status, contact us so we can help investigate.
